My item was shipped 4/13 delivery was to be between 4/17 and 4/20 it's now 4/29 usps has lost the item it happens.However now GPScity wants to play games on a refund.I would not recommend GPS city to anyone poor after sale service.
I bought a refurbished Fenix 8, charged the watch and used it for a day, it started to fail, it kept turning on and off until I went to charge it again and it stopped working and only worked when connected to the charger. I requested a return, I returned it in the same box they sent, they had the nerve to say that I returned it in the exposed box. Furthermore, they only gave me a refund of $350, I paid $700, I had to ask ebay to intervene. Don't buy!!
Stay away from the thieves at GPS City. When my $1,000 watch couldn't be delivered, it was returned to them, and they signed for it and kept it, but never refunded me. They ignored messages from myself and Amazon until well after the 60-day window for customer service, then tried to blame it on Amazon.
It's nice to deal with an experienced and professional business. During the very busy black Friday weekend, I made a blatant mistake with my address during ordering. When I contacted them they very quickly & politely fixed it. They also went out of their way to show me it was corrected and still shipped the order in hours.
Steer clear from this company. I purchased a GPS through their Amazon store and what showed up was not advertised. At a glance it’s the same model so I went ahead and hooked the GPS on my boat. This requires drilling a few new holes and some modifications, plus running new wires etc. once I turned it on I realized it was not the touchscreen model I ordered.
