Rented with them for almost a year after they took over our property 2 months into our lease. Tried scamming me out of $50 for a bounced check, despite my lease agreement stating a $25 fee for any bounced check. Their attitude changed real quick when i showed them that part of the lease, however it took them 3 months to fix it on the web portal. Multiple other online portal/money issues with them.
