Please be aware of this company! They put me through so much that I don’t have space to even write it all. I have high blood pressure from this situation. I missed so many work days driving back and forth! I sent all my documents and still was denied after being approved!!! That’s not even a start of how frustrated I am. These people signed the money order, and now we’re out of $500 that was supposed to be the deposit to hold the house! If I could give ZERO stars I would. We’ve contacted maintenance on several occasions regarding bugs (fleas and ants, we didn’t even have any animals,) the sink in the kitchen leaks to the point where water is on the floor after trying to wash dishes…. Every. Single. Time. The bath/shower attachment is spraying everywhere losing the hot water within 5 minutes and our neighbor is constantly putting things in our stuff that’s in the basement. If you get denied on the credit app despite good credit, I told you so. If you let them handle your properties, make sure your contract doesn't allow them to do repairs of any sort without consulting you first and get your approval, and make sure to use your own repair people. If you use there's, make sure you get a complete breakdown of the repairs complete, you speak with your tenant or check yourself to make sure the repairs were actually done, and check BSA or the city to make sure they pulled permits when required. ***EDIT*** Previous Review (1 star): Not a good company to rent from. They don't care to have you as a tenant. You could be on time for a full year and never have any issues, and they still won't care about you. Current Review: Since my last review, the company went through maybe a rebranding and/or new management. We’ve ran into a few issues where the company fixed them promptly.
