My parents are LITERALLY DYING because of this property management group's lies and malfeasance. BROOKWOOD ESTATES development. Several months overdue in completion (Taylor senior condos)that they have been waiting to take residence of after selling their home. Way worse than the usual contractor lies and mismanagement. Stay away.

I have been a tenant now with GPM for 2 years, my landlord hired them to manage his properties. I had been living in the house for 13 years at this time, so I wanted to know what to expect with this change, reviews are important, so I came here right away and saw some mixed reviews, some negative and some positive but now 2 years later I think I'm able to make an accurate review. Would leave zero stars if I could. Do not rent from these people if you want any semblance of peace or privacy. I applied and was so happy to be accepted, as I am a great tenant that cares about the property and even tries to improve small things. I was able to escape a domestic violence situation and move into a property run by them literally just a couple months ago.
