So far with the application process, it was a rough start. I did mine online, for ref., not sure about in person process. So far though (and I’ll update this if need be) they have been very nice, maybe slightly understaffed from what I’ve experienced thus far but after you pay the application fee, they are much more communicative. Possibly prioritizing since this lady was clearly overwhelmed if she is it for ALL of their properties…. Kudos ma’am!
