My air went out and I called this company for service. After being told different stories from multiple people, I was finally told it would be overtime for someone to come out because they were booked today (after they promised someone would come today). I had to call another HVAC company to come out to tell me there was a leak in the system. Not only did I miss out on work today waiting for them to contact me, I had to pay another company to come fix GP Systems work. Would not recommend this place at all.
My AC unit went out on a Friday at 5 PM and I called GP Systems and they were out that evening. My furnace had approximately 6 years left and due to a lacking space for the new AC unit. We decided to upgrade both heating and air conditioning. The old unit was installed in 1990; not bad. Monday morning GP associates had arrive with everything in hand and by 4:30 pm that afternoon, all new equipment was installed and the AC was on.
