Brought my rear wheel in for tube replacement and the experience was wonderful. Best price around and the staff was awesome and they hand a cute dog on the desk (I think it’s the boss lol )
They're great! They are willing to help diagnose and investigate issues, not just slap parts on the bike. Always friendly down at the service counter.
They carry quality brands for both gear and parts. And if they don't carry it they can order it. The parts guy Brendan is super knowledgeable and trustworthy. Parts department gets 5 stars
