You've got to be kidding me! I've given these clowns every chance, all to no avail. New Bike Sales: helpful, but overpriced. Parts: slow to offer help, and knew little about the differences between the (helmet) brands they carried. Service (repair): absolutely frustrating. FI light came on (new bike), code said it was the secondary throttle thingy. They put their meter on the STT, and it measured good, so they said there was nothing they could do. I called Suzuki myself, and they admitted to a problem with the STT, and said ... read more
THE JURY IS OUT The service department did not finish scheduled valve adjustment maintenance for my Honda when promised, and waited until too late in the day to order the valve cover gasket needed to finish the job. A few hour appointment has turned into a few day delay, and my experience with the service department yesterday was very frustrating. When I get my bike back, I will update this review.
