I have a prolapse bladder, not a candidate for surgery or a perserary would benefit from “Pelvic floor physiotherapy”. Been in pain and discomfort for years. Sampada Keluskar (Sam) was very compassionate and understanding. Sam offered advice of out with the old in with the new, deep pelvic breathing to help relax the muscles, talked of proper stretching, and acupuncture.
