Worst service I have ever received. I bought a 2026 Honda 450 RX here and had leaking forks after the first ride. I was told that there was no warranty with the bike but if anything were to happen because of a defect within the first few days they would help me out. This was not the case and they refused to do anything to help besides offer to “cover” part of the cost. I was in the GP area for work, and someone (definitely not me) lost the key to my work ATV. These beautiful people figured out what key I needed and got two cut for me in minutes. Saved my bacon. Very appreciative of the excellent service here. Highly recommended!
Purchased a new rebel 1100 here. Took it home, tried to register it and was informed the VIN on the bill of sale did not match the VIN on the bike. I contacted Aimee in sales and was informed that I was accidentally sold the Touring model, which was 1300 dollars more. I thought it was an honest mistake, and I'd give it another go through this company, so I ordered some parts for the bike. The parts arrived at the store, and I arranged for the cheque they cut for the difference to be sent with the parts. My cheque showed up a... read more
