This is probably the most unorganized dealership I have delt with there sales and service are both irresponsible and when they make a mistake the customer gets the short end, they do not deserve a rating for standing behind the brand
Service department procedure is a joke. Wouldn't just do what I needed done. They had to charge a diagnostic fee. I told ya the problem just fix it. Ffs. Employees are good and friendly just the management is shatty. Would not recommend for service.
Don't get your car serviced by them. First of all the car is only in my name but they only put down my husband's number despite me asking them to add mine. So when they had to cancel my appt they left a message with him. Brought it in and they said oh ya or tech is out with covid we'll call you to reschedule. They never called. Next time I brought it in I asked them to call to update me on my car before doing anything. The only call I got was from the shuttle driver telling me they were on their way to pick me up.
