Absolutely brutal customer service from GP Motor Sports. We spent thousands of dollars buying FIVE dirt bikes and TWO generators from them, and one dirt bike wouldn’t even start. Their response? Basically “not our problem.” Imagine spending that kind of money at a local business just to get completely brushed off the second there’s an issue. They were happy to take our money, but apparently customer service ends once you leave the store. We should have listened to the reviews before buying here. Won’t be back.

Had Many Qualms with this place. Been there twice for oil filters for my 520. Last time said out of stock and the service lady pulled a rabbit out of her hat with the shipment of filters. Come back again to oil filters out of stock. Unbelievable they dont keep regular service parts in stock for a machine thats been out for 10 years.
I can not say enough great things about this place and the people who work here. I was searching for a hard to find item, and they had one in stock. Shipping was an issue because they are in Canada and I’m in the US, but that didn’t stop them! They went above and beyond to help me!! I received it yesterday, it was a gift for my husband. He was so happy to open it and it made my day. I’d give 100 stars if I could. Thanks guys!!!
While scrolling through Kiji I came across a listing for a ‘brand new’ 2024 Triumph Speed Triple at a very attractive price. I inquired about the bike and Viraj provided an all-in price including taxes and shipping from Grande Prairie to Calgary as well as a personal walk around video. Two weeks later, the bike was in my garage. I was very impressed with the GP Motorsports team, especially Viraj and Craig (the delivery guy).
