my tooth 19 literally has a hole and half of it is broken and yet insurance denied my coverage on it because the X-ray sent by this dental clinic to the insurance company didn’t show “a crack” or “injury to my tooth”! Hadn't been to the dentist in over 6 years and I knew I had issues. Wasn't really sure what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. Had to have a thorough cleaning and 4 fillings. Clinic was clean and the process was seamless and efficient. Kudos to Dr. Alan and Dental Assistant Eliza. Friendly and attentive. Receptionist and other staff were as well. (Sorry didnt get your names) but y'all were great! Definitely recommend and will be coming back on a regular!
The dentists are kind, helpful and thorough. I’ve had pleasant experiences here each time. Unfortunately, one of the front desk staff member has a poor attitude. When I ask a question, she rolls her eyes and acts annoyed. No one should have to put up with this kind of behavior. It just makes the whole visit feel uncomfortable.
Speaking for my sister in law who doesn’t speak English because she paid $1,500 on 1 TOOTH but she could have gotten the procedure covered through insurance! At first, she got a letter stating that her health insurance denied to cover the procedure so she had to pay out of pocket. However, AFTER she gave the dentist $1,500 and got her treatment done, she received a second letter from her insurance company stating that her coverage got approved!
