I am a minority Chinese. I have a breathlyzer on the bike and that is the sole reason the shop refused to repair my bike. I am sure the breathlyzer is working fine and the shop refused to take a look to see what wrong with my bike. This is what I called unprofessional and discrimination.

Awesome customer service, every time. Joseph in Parts was excellent to deal with. Great communication, and went the extra mile to help me out.
I've purchased three bikes from this dealership now, and the experience has been fantastic every time. Ming Huang went above and beyond my expectations, even doing the first maintenance on my demo bike free of charge. That kind of service is why I keep coming back. One suggestion for improvement: on the tech-heavy bikes, a quick walkthrough of at least the basic controls at delivery would go a long way. I still haven't figured out how to switch the music :) Highly recommended, and ask for Ming!
Huge store with tons of gear and accessories. Very easy to spend over an hour looking at everything! They offer some good specials as well. Lots of motorcycles to look at and lots of staff on hand to help
