Tried purchasing a bike no one called me back through multiple emails. Spoke with sales manager and told me they would send me out a list of items with prices so I could purchase. Nothing ever happened. I get it summer and people are busy, but at least get back to your customers. Staff were fantastic helping me find the right summer riding pants . Always a great experience coming here .
Just getting into motorcycling and taking the course so I needed equipment. Today, I experienced excellent service with Rachel who was amazing and patient in helping me find the right helmet and gloves. She educated me about what to look for. She made the purchase less stressful as a newbie. She encouraged different helmets and helped me choose based on need to fit. Thank you Rachel.
