I had the best experience at SportsMed / GP After Hours Subiaco during my after-hours appointment with Dr Yee‑Shing Kan. The practice very kindly squeezed me in right before opening for the evening, as I was struggling with nausea from antibiotics prescribed by my regular GP, who was already closed for the day. Highly recommend SportsMed Subiaco for their professionalism, compassion, and excellent patient care.
Awful experience. Got there 15minutes to close (close is 10, got tbere 945) with a major chemical burn on my eye, was refused help as they decided to close early so wouldn’t see me. When I asked if anyone around is open she then said no i have to search that up myself and was no help when I was clearly in so much pain. Then it was a stretch of me negotiating with her trying to get her to ring security to walk me back to my car as the security guard told me to ring him and the lady at the GP wasnt doing so. This is an excellent service and my number one choice for GP after hours. Been going here for quite a few years now and many times both myself, husband and three kids. They have always fitted me in when I have phoned up last minute. Never have to wait very long at all. All the Drs are kind and empathetic and have lots of experience. The premises are very clean and the reception staff are all kind and helpful. A special thanks to Dr Amit, Dr Wang, Dr Quadros, Dr Stevenson, Dr kan and Dr Dotto.
My daughter and I seen Jessica Wang. We had a great experience with her, and we were well looked after. Thank you
