Booked an appointment for my 1 year old daughter last week who was experiencing cold like symptoms and irritation around the ears. When seeing the doctor my partner and I were asked if our daughter was in childcare. I said that she had just started childcare and was immediately written off by the doctor telling me that cold and flu symptoms are normal for babies going to childcare and to not return unless she had a serious fever or a rash. Cannot fault the doctors here. Absolutely brilliant care and lovely staff. Highly recommend. Dr Carmen Quadros who works on a Wednesday night is wonderful. Been seeing her for 16yrs. Not that much more expensive than seeing a GP during the day and Medicare rebate is given.
Absolutely Best Hospital I have ever visited yet only stayed in as patient from my surgery today. Excellent quality staff, facilities and food. Highly efficient and friendly staff. Well done
Never an enjoyable experience being dismissed, your concerns minimized and having to ask respectfully 7+ times before being taken seriously. Even if you are desperate, I suggest you avoid this place. Unfortunately the female doctors here are far more dismissive than the male doctors.
