This is my 5th time working with the Wylde Team! I greatly appreciate representative Trish Lewis. Her professionalism puts her at the top tier of agents. Trish was very patient throughout my long search to find my new home. She was always very quick to respond to any of my inquiries and i highly recommend her. The entire team at GoWylde, from stager to administration were top notch to work with.
We recently used GoWylde as our listing agents to sell our house. The market is in no other terms absolutely abysmal. That said, Mary and Brad helped us navigate through the entire sales process, during a very difficult economic season. What I really liked was their calm and ethical approach. Clearly, their credibility and honesty was evident during the sale and the negotiations.
We moved from Ottawa to Guelph to the Village By the Arboretum (VBA). It was a year long process and Brad was excellent at listening to what mattered to us and helping us evolve to finding our home.
