A disappintment. Arrived late, no courtesy call; 10-15 minutes is excessive, not a great first impression. Bank requested a full appraisal due to the amount appearing too low; based on exterior pictures. Not us, the bank. I should post the pictures taken, they were more of our furniture vs. actual customization of the home. Ridiculous.
