Robin is AMAZING!!! She did a wonderful job with preserving my wedding dress and putting it in a beautiful personalized box. She spent a great deal of time with me and did a one-on-one consultation with me before sending the dress out. She carefully explained the cleaning and preservation process to me and answered all of my questions without trying to pressure me. Robin was very professional throughout all our conversations, she explained everything to me and was very patient in answering all my questions. I feel at ease with my wedding dress being taken care of by her.
I got married in October and it rained on my wedding day which turned a lot of our venue into a muddy mess. My dress was caked with mud on every layer and it was so embedded in the lace I was very unsure if I would ever have a white dress again. I had also worn freshly dyed hair extensions and a lot of self tanner which was all sweat off from dancing all night with my guests.
