Kirstine, thank you for the fabulous job you and your specialists have done on my daughter's wedding gown, overskirt and veil. These pieces were NOT off the rack and I was cautious who I should have clean them. The wedding was in the mountains. And pictures were outside. Robin is AMAZING!!! She did a wonderful job with preserving my wedding dress and putting it in a beautiful personalized box. She spent a great deal of time with me and did a one-on-one consultation with me before sending the dress out. She carefully explained the cleaning and preservation process to me and answered all of my questions without trying to pressure me.
