10 years ago was the wedding blitz year for all my friends and needed alterations done on several dresses. Everything was completed on time and correctly. After 10 years I find myself back needing their services again. Always very helpful and knowledgeable! I recommend all my friends here for alterations. As the prom dress which I had brought in had not been sold, I contacted the store manager, Katerina, prior to the expiry date to inform her that I would be retrieving the dress. She suggested that the contract be extended to cover the upcoming Christmas parties, with a new expiry date of Feb 25, 2026. I had a very disappointing experience with Gown Go Round. Be very careful consigning your gown here. Before my original contract ended, the store suggested I renew my consignment for another six months. However, they never asked me to sign a new written agreement—only sent a screenshot showing a new “deadline” for my dress, with no updated terms. I followed up regularly for months.
