Absolutely Ridiculous. I ordered a phone at this facility, should have been a simple process. Unfortunately, the employee put his name in the delivery order instead of mine. It took calling Verizon directly to track down the phone as this store wasn’t able to figure out where my phone was and “couldn’t access the system.” A 10 minute phone call to Verizon directly was able to find the tracking number.
