Automated Customer Service is terrible. Cannot get to 2 factor to my email through the app or their website, email never arrives. Call the support and the AI won't let me talk to a human because the number I have (that I used to create the account) is not authorized to receive text messages. I am tempted to cancel verizon 5G home internet and pay more for a service that can actually help me when I need it, super frustrating.
