WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I have two lines with Verizon and the other person on my line didn't want to pay a monthly phone payment. After speaking on the phone with Verizon Customer Service, he was advised to go to his local Verizon store and return his Samsung Galaxy so that they could refund him the difference. He took the advice and returned the phone to this location and after a few months, we realized that he was still making monthly phone payments!
