I came in at a quarter after 7pm. Mind you they close at 8pm, the young lady working was helping a customer when I walked in. I heard them talking with Verizon on the phone and they were working on the exact same upgrade I was in to get. I mentioned I was going to do the same thing too. She was extremely good at multitasking! As she was helping the gentlemen ahead of me, she managed to split away when he had to speak with Verizon and got my upgrade started, she continued to bounce back and forth helping us both! Emily was courteous and most helpful. Her complete knowledge of the entire process was impressive. She even found time to wait on multiple customers at once as some of the process was lengthy.
