I flew into Nashville from Ohio and they sent someone to come pick me up at the airport, about an hour and twenty minute ride (I was even asked if I needed to stop on the way!). When we got to the dealership they had the truck I was interested in sitting there ready to test drive. It didn't take me long to make my decision, and we were done with paperwork in twenty minutes or so and I was out the door (the truck even had a full tank of gas!) I cant recommend these guys enough.
