Extremely unprofessional. I’ve been having a lot of pain on my teeth so I booked an appointment with them about 2 weeks ago. I was supposed to come in today so I called them to confirm my appointment. That’s when they told me the dentist was on vacation and supposedly everyone’s appointment got cancelled. They never bothered to let me know beforehand or call me to say that my appointment was cancelled. These people simply do not care about your time, only your money!!! Extremely unprofessional and only cares about your money. She doesn’t care about her customers.
I worked in another office with this woman and she has the worst bedside manners with Patients and coworkers. It was frustrating to constantly hear complaints from patients. I wouldn’t let her work on my dogs mouth. She doesn’t even deserve one star. She has poor communication skills and is very disrespectful.
I've only had good experiences with Dr. Gowda. I had gotten my wisdom teeth pulled in Germany and was back in the United States. When my Germany surgeon wouldn't prescribe pain meds or antibiotics for my extremely painful dry socket post extraction, Dr. Gowda fit me into her schedule last minute because I was in so much pain and gave me antibiotics. Known her for over 14 years now. No problem. She generally does not do root canal. But she did root canal for me. Excellent job. Still have the teeth after 14 years :). Very clean and hygienic space. Very patient and excellent diagnosis. THIS REVIEW IS OLD. THINGS HAVE CHANGED. Made an appointment for Nanuet office, went to Nanuet to Nanuet office and there was no one there.
