Rented a unit managed by Todd and the team for a couple of years. The unit was in good shape when I moved in and there were no major issues throughout my tenancy. When I contacted Todd for other things, though, including things he had promised to take care of, he pretty much never followed up with me unless I pestered him for a while, but he did usually eventually get back to me and resolve things. Not great customer service overall but considering the standard for landlords, I would rent with them again.
