I have lived here for 3 years now, I decided not to re-sign a lease this year for many reasons and my phone call with management just now proved to me that, that was in fact the best decision I ever made! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have been dating someone who lives here and she has been threatened multiple times by her neighbors to the point where she feels it is no longer safe to live there. People park outside her apartment at midnight and rev their engine just to wake her up. Her neighbors also have been abusing drugs so much that her whole apartment smells like marijuana. I called them so many times regarding health hazards but they don’t respond. Even today, I called them couple times and even left a voicemail because there’s broken glasses on the ground and they are not doing anything about it. It’s not safe for animals.
RecommendedMy tour guide was amazing(Jacqi). The apartments are newly renovated and very spacious. My fiancé and I liked the apartments and the community so we’re choosing to move here soon!
