Pickpockets Find another hotel. Charges you an additional charge for a room that was already paid for. And dollar and a half for a toothbrush. Staff ,all of them need to be retrained . You won’t see a reply to this review I think the reservationist pocketed the money. They don’t pay there help very well..
Absolutely amazing experience! Jay at the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay more than I ever would’ve hoped for. Exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be returning for an even longer stay! Clean room, easy check-in process, professional staff, great customer service, & I also love the jungle in the lobby ! They even have after hours check in for late night, last minute emergency situations that require you to need shelter / a room for the night.
Nice place, just needs alittle updating. Shower curtains need replaced, they are too small so the floor and walls get wet, which is ruining the wood baseboards. Good location, good breakfast. Friendly staff
I wish i could have gave this hotel 0 we stayed there last month. The room was not clean. The shower curtain was dirty & full of mold, & the bed sheets had stains on it. We went to the front desk & reported it to Lesia & she said that she agreed with the shower curtain being dirty but as to the bedsheets she said me & my husband peed on it.
