I'm painting the vacant apartments for the new tenants. I'm not from this area but WOW is it quiet. I've been there for a week and everything is peaceful, the neighbors are super nice and the outside space is very clean. There is a small fenced in dog "park" as well as a children's park. The actual apartments are spacious and clean. I would absolutely look into these apartments if I needed to move. Close to Pittsburgh, a Sheetz and Dairy Queen right down the road. No one showed up to a scheduled tour
We lived there for almost 7 years. We moved a month ago. We dealt with 2 managing companies. The first managing company was atrocious. The second company seemed to be better, but they started falling into the same habits. It's true, Morgan Properties did a lot of things to the outside of the property, like finally giving us back a playground & they made a dog park.
