In 2010 my parents were residents of this facility. My mother’s rings were stolen, to include her wedding/engagement ring, a sterling Chinese wedding ring of great value, as well as sentimental and other jewelry. I would love to retrieve them as they are family heirlooms. We were told my Mom “dropped them down the sink.” Ridiculous, as she loved her jewelry and had a special place for all of it. The staff at GP are truly amazing! I feel like they love my mom as much as I do!! They really go above and beyond for her. I couldn’t be happier to have her in such a loving atmosphere
Everything the care is amazing
This was the best place possible- they truly care about their residents. My mom was happy during her time here. We checked other places but none compared. I’d do this again if the need arises. Thank you Governor pointe
Karen and I are extremely happy with the care that is given to Karen’s Mother. She has been a resident there since the beginning of the year, and she adapted very well because of the family like setting. The staff is very pleasant, understanding and always willing to help whenever needed. We couldn’t ask for anything more from an assisted living facility. Thanks to all of you!!
I love all the updates that they have done to the facility! The staff is so caring and I enjoy seeing all the activities that they do with the residents! Such a wonderful and caring place where you can trust your loved ones to be taken great care of!
My parents recently moved from Lima to Mentor’s Governor’s Pointe. The staff has been so kind and caring which helped make this a smooth transition. I feel so luck to have them in such a wonderful place!
