I had a good experience with the dental hygienist, Margaret (?), and the dentist, but I was unspeakably cold in the office for a dental procedure. When I remarked upon the cold, I was told it was for afternoon patients. Not my problem. Comfort is for each patient. Any HVAC concerns are for the practice to address. I was there at 9 AM. It was frigid. I was basically told, oh well, it's an old building and there's thing we can do. Went in today for the first time for just a simple cleaning. Vicky, the hygienist, took such good care of me. She was very honest about my teeth and answered all my questions relieving my fear of my teeth being bad. We even giggled together here and there about watching the fishies on the tv. Front desk lady was also just as nice and informative :) When the main doc came in he checked my teeth quickly, talked to Vicky and then left after saying “nice to meet you”. Barely any communication from him or any reassurance on my ne... read more
I had really amazing experience here with Vicky, who was my hygienist. I felt welcomed and at ease even though it was my first time going to a dentist in a long time. They really eased my concerns about the experience and about the copay by running my insurance before we did anything, and they helped me make a great plan for the future. Honestly I really will recommend this place going forward to anyone, thankfully I found them close by me, they made me feel very excellent by the end of it. Thanks so much 🙏

DO NOT GO HERE. Grossest dental office I've ever been in and nothing was accomplished on my mouth besides everything I never asked for. Equipment is dirty and everything is outdated. Haven't slept for 2 days bc of pain and had to leave there with not one tooth worked on. I'll be disputing these charges with my insurance 100%
