For the first time in my life I can honestly say that I'm embarrassed & even worse ASHAMED to be a Texan. I thought that TX was one of the few states left that we as Texans could pride ourselves in knowing that we stood for what was right & just. I also thought that our (not so great anymore) state would be one of the first to stand up & condemn a witch hunt of seasoned first responders by state agencies such as DSHS. They do nothing but say I have someone else waiting. Then they do not want to hear what you have to say. So if my vote changes this year its because nothing has gotten better for Texans. Put someone else that can get things done.

When his office gets letters from inmates on prison reform. His office takes the letters and responds with “we don’t take complaints” talk to the warden. Makes no sense. Who better to get information on what needs to change than inmates. Just passing the buck! Prison reform is desperately needed in Texas. Conditions are bad not only for inmates but correctional officers as well. That’s why there is such shortages and in turn chaos!
I am looking forward to the Office of the Governors' response to my concerns of safety. I am concerned about the hordes of migrant workers from Central and South America invited here by a Texas citizen. This citizen is in the business of inviting Farm workers from outside the State of Texas. He has made mas invitations to farm workers in Central and South America. Sincerely, Fred Edwards.
