Very Good Customer service
The apartment complex itself is great, but admittedly the hours for the fitness center are terribly inconvenient. 9 AM to 6PM at the latest most days. Apparently it used to be 24/7. Really need to bring that back and that would make it a 5 star review for me.
was a great community. Quiet and respectful. New owners came about 3 years ago and changed things. It's going way downhill.When they do fix something its often the cheapest way to fix whatever issue. The biggest issue my unit had was the a/c. For some reason our went out over and over. They did cut out the wall to replace the entire unit but even after that it continued to have issues. Save yourself the trouble and don’t move here. Moved in 2021 and it was okay, but the last three years have been hell. The management is terrible, careless, and heartless. There will be no upgrades. The only upgrade will be the cost of rent. They do not pick up the phone in the renters office and if they do, they are not pleasant. Maintenance will have to be called multiple times for the same request, and they do a half job at the work at times, causing you to have to request again. There are neighbors that smoke weed… no matter how much you complain. They do nothing! And for the reason why would you complain, ITS BECAUSE IT SMELLS ALL OVER. On the floor above?? WEED!! The floor under?? ALSO WEED. Not to mention there are children as well as pets in these apartment. Now, which parent want their kid or pet to smell weed at their house?? NO ONE!!
