Horrible experience. The electrician who came out was nice and friendly, but slow. That's not really the main problem. The customer support is almost nonexistent. I had to (not even an exaggeration) call 20 times before someone finally answered. When they did answered, they were short worded and all to happy to hang up the phone before I was even able to finish saying "thanks". I have called them on 4 separate dates, and each time it takes hours before someone finally answers. I would not recommend them unless you don't mind... read more
