The apartment has been very well maintained ever since the new landlady has came. Her name is Evelyn the apartment is clean and she is very communicative and hears the tenants out the apartment is definitely better in a good way now thanks to her !
This property is managed by slumlords and is to be avoided at all costs. There are so many violations of housing codes and Kansas Landlord/Tenant law it is laughable. They bank on tenants not having resources or the knowledge to fight back. Completely unethical and illegal behavior and it will be addressed in at least one case.
