If your looking for a truthful review about Governor’s Auto Body please read! I have been in multiple accidents over the years in my little civic. Most recently I was rear ended. Many people like myself have had absolute terrible experiences with OTHER local body shops (all with over 4 stars). I have dealt with a few auto body shops in the past. This auto body shop is by far the best. I was updated throughout the process and got my car back just like new. Carl is super helpful and I am very impressed with the great quality of the work done!
The experience I had with Governor's Auto Body was exemplary from start to finish. In dealing with Carl at Governor's Auto Body Windsor Locks to dealing with Ray at Governor's Towing in East Hartford and of course, Ellis, the Governor's Towing driver. Neither gentleman try to rush me, they educated me in an otherwise issue I had no idea about, they were patient and efficient. Thank you. I am sincerely grateful.
