I don’t recommend working there. The management including CEO are horrible people and not Christ like at all. I was sick at the holiday and was out almost 3 weeks and they gave my job away. I wrote a review and they deleted it, so heres another. So much for a family ministry, they are not!!! Colleen is a fake. I liked working there but after what they did and left me unemployed, I was devastated and they told me to never use them as a reference :( I am a fantastic nurse, worked there for 7 months. Did favors & all!
RecommendedMy mother lived there for almost a year before requiring long term care. She never considered it a facility, it was home. Staff are attentive and treated her like family. They are top notch and were there for us thru our entire journey. I cant say enough great things about Governors Bend. Beautiful, clean, awesome assisted living.
it's and extremely nice clean and professionally runned institution. My mother resides there and loves it there. they take Excellent Care of her
CNA classes r great plus the pay is great!

I have lived at Governor's Bend for almost 5 years. I would recomend it to everyone. We have a great Director, lots of activities, good food , entertainment, The staff is wonderful. WE are one big family. This is my home.
My almost 92-year-old mother moved to Governors Bend in June of 2016. She has considered it HOME from the day she moved in. She has a STAFF of people Loving and Caring for her. My sister and I are blessed to have mother cared for in this amazing home. It truly is home...making new friends every day and getting more active every day...An answer to prayer.
Governor's Bend is not just a community, but a family. I am so blessed to be able to serve the residents, their families and staff on a daily basis.
I am counting my blessings in this new year and among them is Governor's Bend. I had to make the decision to move my Aunt from her home to assisted living. It was a heart rendering decision. I believe I was guided to Governor's Bend. Yes, the building is beautiful and the scenic setting is more than you could ask for . . . .but it is the people . . the entire staff that makes the Bend the most exceptional assisted living facility.
