My experience with them has been unpleasant. They never answer emails, sometimes when you make your mobile deposit, they forget to make it available to you and when you call to inquire, they say “let me call the person who’s supposed to complete the deposit”. It just feels either very new be inexperienced or very old and outdated. Either way, if this is the only way to get with a credit union, enjoy! But my experience has definitely been faulty. Idk how long I’m going to stay.
This credit union is pretty awesome. I've been with them for years. My customer service has been great here.
Government Printing Office Federal Credit Union, is not "Of the people, by the people, or for the people! This financial institution is very difficult to have a smooth and operational experience with. Debit cards soon to expire don't get replaced until after they already have, debit card transactions get alerted to the fraud department (3rd party company) at higher than normal occurrences--- and during inconvenient moments in time ---and for small transactions (all while the credit union is closed) therefore you cannot speak... read more
