Being a women I took token from Abha app and men working there didn’t allow me with that token ,instead they told me to wait in a queue and said token are only for men not women
There is no proper doctors available to treat the Dog Bite and no emergency at all and just as usual normal govt hospital need to take the token and as usual nurses will say wait, wait , wait ... It took 6 hours for me to get the doctor appointment for injection

OP experience is complete nightmare, we have to use Driefcase app to scan the QR and get the token. Even though you get the earliest token you will not be sent in order of that for consultation. It is first seat first serve there not based on token. Coming to consultation, the doctors are extremely rude and think of themselves as of they are from top hospitals and doing social service here. There are only junior doctors in OP and seniors are available in IP only. The compounder staff are of same level as the doctors no manne... read more
