We are the oldest florist in continuous operation in Southeast Kentucky, since 1929. We opened a 3, 000 sq ft facility in Jan 2004. We have three coolers and a state of the art design/display room. We are the first florist in the area with a drive thru window. We have combined design experience of over 100 years. We are a family of florists with three generations to serve you. I went to the store to order my flowers. I selected an arrangement already made up of pink roses and asked for a ribbon that said mother. To my surprise, a different arrangement was delivered (one of white roses .... not at all what I would have preferred). When I went back to the store, the florist admitted error and apologized without any attempt to rectify the mistake. I was very dissatisfied. Absolutely beautiful arrangement sent by Govers. Called direct from Florida to Corbin, Ky, spoke to a very nice gentleman that helped me through selections shown online computer. The gentleman described the proposed appearance of the arrangement as it would be delivered to the home. Was delivered to the family in a timely manner as promised. Picture of the delivered arrangement was sent to me by a friend and the arrangement is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely order again from this nice florist.
