I have been coming here for over 12 years. A couple of years ago they changed their policy to where you have to pay all fillings in full and the insurance cuts you a check. It was annoying but fine I guess. Until this time. It’s been 2 months and we are still waiting for reimbursement. Insurance said the dentist office never filed anything. We will have to get another dentist which is unfortunate.
I have been a patient here for over 30 years. They don't have a lot of staff turn over, which speaks volumes about the practice. Both doctors (husband and wife team) are the sweetest. The whole staff is friendly and genuinely caring, which is important to someone like myself with past dental trauma. I highly recommend them.
This office has two fantastic Dentist, who are well trained and experts, and all kinds and types of dental issues. Just had a crown and everything was perfect. No pain in the temporary crown was an excellent fit. Recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for honest hard-working people who will treat you with respect and a high integrity.
First time meeting Amy today, she filled in for my normal dentist. Amy was very nice and carried conversations with me, she did good work as well. Thank you!
