Honestly, I'm in tears. I know Susan and David on a personal level. To end this 25 year long relationship over "surprise billing" is a shame. It really does always come down to money. A sarcastic snarky "have a great day" right back to you miss receptionist!
This practice did a great job on my mouth guard several years ago. It fits perfectly after giving up with previous dentists. I recently needed a crown after breaking a back tooth. They prepared me for what my insurance provider would require and completed the mold and temporary crown the same day. I accidently popped the temporary crown off once and after the perment needed an adjustment. Drs. Gover and Gover are an excellent husband and wife team. As my dentists for the last few years, I have been extremely satisfied every time I have needed their services. Routine cleanings, filling-in a cavity, night guards, or teeth whitening - they do it all. With the support of their fantastic team, all of my dental needs are met. I cannot recommend them enough!
