I tried Gourmet Meats for the first time a few weeks back for a fairly big order that was last-minute. I was in panic-mode. I discovered you guys through Google because I was trying to get beef-back ribs and pork ribs for my Dad's birthday and I called about 4 places that could not fulfill my order because I left it to the last minute (my fault). Have to rave about their beed kabob. I never buy beef kebabs because they are usually tough. I took a chance and bought their cowboy beef kebab.It was amazingly tender, all it took was a quick barbecue on fairly high heat to brown on all sides. I do like it medium rare, and it was extremely tender. It was a little sweeter than I expected, but had very nice flavor. I would definitely bind them again.

Bought 20 pounds of ground chuck and 10 pounds of bacon....ground chuck is so soft and flavorful...will definitely not buy grocery store beef anymore...cant wait to try the bacon tomorrow
