Mike ans I were married on the hottest day of the year!! The Venue's HVAC could not keep up and it was dreadful. The one bright spot was truly Gourmet Galley. Regardless of the heat the service and the food was absolutely amazing. They made the night special and I an so very grateful.
As a chef, food was a huge part of my wedding. Gourmet Galley was super accommodating and was willing to work with me to create my ideal menu. Couldn't have been happier. Food was superb! Those bacon wrapped scallops, though! Their staff is well-trained and very professional + they are approved by several venues in the area. BTW our wedding was at Preston Ridge Vineyards outside under a tent. Sitdown table service. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
