We had Gourmet Fresh catering for our wedding at Darby House in late March and we were so happy with the team! The guests RAVED about the crab cakes during cocktail hour—we were too busy chatting to nab the apps during, but the team was so nice and set a plate aside for us during dinner. We had the short rib and seafood alfredo for mains. Everyone was happy and full, and service was great.
I give them 3 stars only because our guests liked the food! My granddaughter had her Quinceanera at WatersEdge Event Center on December 13, 2025. (just now writing a review). Gourmet Fresh was their caterer. Like I mentioned before. The guests really enjoyed the food. But if you ever have them cater an event at a place of business. And for some reason, you have food left over, don't expect them to let you take that food at the end of the night!! I recently ordered the Thanksgiving To-Go Meals with Gourmet Fresh and WOW! Everything was tastefully prepared and the value for the portion size was perfect! The candied sweet potatoes were a solid favorite around the table. Also, shout out to Patrick for Service with a Smile at pick-up :) We will be ordering again next year. Gobble Gobble!
Gourmet Fresh was the provided caterer for our wedding venue, Retreat 21. We catered our rehearsal dinner and reception apps and dinner. Wow! The food was sooo good! I was bummed when everyone kept walking up to us to say hi, because I just wanted to keep eating the tasty food!! Haha! Also, all of the staff were very friendly and sweet. Highly recommend!
I never think of wedding food as amazing—but Gourmet Fresh Catering completely proved me wrong. Wow! Every single bite, from the appetizers to the main courses, was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was. It truly elevated the whole experience and made our day feel extra special.
