always delicious food with an Amazing Staff ....!

As someone who has worked in the service industry i understand things happen.. however, we waited over an hour for burgers...and our waitress avoided our table at all costs to even let us know or get us a drink. Even after food came and it was time to pay the bill the waitress wouldn’t come to the table, I had to ask for someone to take our money after waiting 20 mins (it was late so it’s not like they were overwhelmingly busy) highly disappointed and likely will not return
Burgers were dry, had to drown the burger in BBQ sauce and the wait staff couldn’t be bothered to check on you if you needed something. Food also took forever to come out. Forget about how long we waited for the check.
Ate there 11 (9/15) days ago, they just took the money out of my bank this a.m. (9/26) SMMFH!! The food was ok, the service was soso, and its way overpriced. NEVER AGAIN
I expected more.
Took over an hour to get my burger ended up eating it in my car during intermission of the play I saw up the block. Tried to make arrangements to get food to go a waitresses did the heads down charge past my table every time I tried to get their attention politely. Didn’t respond until I stood up and yelled for them. It also took nine days for them to charge my card for the meal. They need to get their act together I would pass. It’s a pity because the food is very good.
Waited over an hour to eat, never got any drink refills, food was overdone and not worth it. Waitress was rude and manager refused to come out. Never going back here!
