We were nearby and visiting from out of town. No issue with parking as we already were at a nearby place. Gourmand is severely overrated and service was abysmal.
Stopped in for a latte (amazing by the way). The decor and vibe was on point. The manager, Diana, I think was so personable. Most definitely will be back, especially to try the beignets.
The good mood still remains
I am sorry I have to even give this place a 1 star but they didn't have anything less. The service was unbelievably the worst ever. The most unprofessional and unproductive. If you do not want to work please stay home! Me and my husband came in after dinner after 9:00 and we thought we only share a drink and dessert. We waited so long for the apple fritter to be warmed up that we had to ask and we're finally told it was dropped on the floor and had to get a new one.
