Fast friendly and efficient service with no appointment necessary.
I actually work at different dealership in DFW and when my guest, who lives in Nacogdoches, started having issues they came to Gound. They were always transparent with the guest and with us. When it was time to pay, it was a smooth process with them keeping me informed the entire time. As for the actual service, there was great communication, and the worked fast in getting the guest back in her car! We will definitely work with them again.
I always enjoy taking my car in. Everyone is so friendly.
