I had given Goulds a 5 star review until I called them a week ago and they came to my home and told me I needed a new 5 ton system and that my system had not been registered with Lennox and my warranty was only 5 years not 10 years and my unit was 8 years old.Well it turns out I was lied to by their technician who told me my unit was out if warranty. Last minute call for AC not working and they showed up within a few hours. Zack was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Great service, friendly, checked warranty before fixing to save us money. Highly recommend!
