My boyfriend and I rented one of the Gould Street Apartments for a year, and we're glad that year is finally over. We brought up some of the complaints we read online (smoking, safety, professionalism, etc.) to management and they reassured us that none of these complaints were still an issue. They wouldn't show us the actual apartment we were going to rent before moving in due to "COVID concerns" but they let me tour the apartment next door. The management, Three Amigos Property Management, is absolutely phenomenal. They are very responsive and actually care about their tenants. The maintenance is also amazing: knowledgeable, prompt, and skilled. The walls are nice and thick. When you go out in the hallway, you realize how loud the neighbors are, but none of their noise can be heard through the soundproof walls. The heat in the apartments are also extremely efficient.
