My mom bought me a pool cue for my birthday it was too heavy for me, told me if I didn't like it bring it back for money back or exchange. I decided I was not going to ask for money back insted I asked if he could find me a 17oz, he said no he had a 19 and that was as light as I could get..... so I figured what ever I dont want to be a bother so I took it and left. Got to work to play pool with the guys, buddy cleans the tip up for me and low and behold I roll it on the table and it's bent...... been trying to bring it back ... read more

I went to have a soft tip put on my cue. After 3 return it still was very low quality work. Very disappointed. Tip was not level and the cue had multiple scratches. Would not recommend doing this service there.
