Had a case of dead coconut tree after was planted less than 6 months ago and Nursery not only refuse to replace it blame me as a homeowner “you kill the tree”. This was a harsh statement as a principal to accept. They didn't come back to finish the job and will not return our calls. Early excuses were the wet conditions for getting the large equipment in the yard but wouldn't return calls to set up something when it was dry. Sorry we paid 75% of the job as requested for 50% completion. Very friendly, knowledgeable and quality work. Just don't pay beyond the work done and don't be surprised if it takes 6 months to a year to get the job done. Meeting with another arborist to finish the job.
