Just came in today for a appointment for my best friend at 4:30, which was the booked appointment time , we waiting 2 hours , the staff was really rude and acting like a smart ass with silly comments like “umm look at all the people before you mate” when we asked how long would we be waiting for (btw this is a eye clinic, nothing big or special) very poor service won’t ever be coming back or recommending anyone here again , it shows it standards from its reviews, never again…
Having read the reviews before attending I was particularly apprehensive - especially as I am on the autism spectrum, and the thought of crowded waiting rooms and long waiting periods was very concerning. However I was very pleasantly surprised. A polite and cheerful receptionist, an empty waiting room, seen almost as soon as I arrived by Holly for various tests, competently and professionally undertaken. The receptionists at this facility need to show a little more empathy towards patients. Every receptionist seems like they’re in a miserable job and don’t want to be there.
Called to make an appointment but the lady was rude and hurried. Made me feel like crap for just asking a simple thing, to make an appointment. Hope the doctors are nicer
As a volunteer driver I picked up one of your patients at 12 midday for 1.30pm appointment and 120km drive from Southern NSW. I left patient at clinic at 1.25. It is now 5.00pm and he hasn't been seen ! ! ! ! 4.30 WAIT SO FAR ! ! ! From previous comments and experiences of others this wait time is consistent........... .please ...... this is not the way to treat your fellow human beings ? ? ? ? We may ? ? ? be home before dark ? ? ? ?
