Fabulous experience, they organised the quoting and installation of carpet while we waited for the house purchase to go through, all while we lived in another city Carpet is sooo soft, no installation issues, best decision we made

Incredibly disappointing experience. Shoddy installation of carpet - patterns were not matched, and cut too short so you could see the flood underneath. Until I took it to Dept of Fair trading they wanted to charge me to correct it! Dirty footprints all over new carpet, loose threads at edges, no attention to detail or care taken in their work.
